Pianist, composer, author, teacher, singer, entertainer John Cain has been delighting audiences around the world with his multi-stylistic repertoire, fantastic musicianship and unique brand of humor. In addition to piano, he plays guitar, bass, harmonica and is an arranger and conductor. Cain is an Artist in Residence with the SoCal Jazz Society teaching jazz history, and he is a Docent with the Advocates For Classical Music giving seminars on the symphony orchestra. He is the author of the book "Life's A Good Gig," a behind the scenes peek at the secret world of working musicians, nominated for best non-fiction book by the San Diego Writers and Editors Guild.
